Selection and calibration of eating olives technical and economic aspects

The systems of calibration used until now lack precision when they have to calibrate oval-shaped and elongated drupes instead of round o­nes. It is therefore an issue regarding machines that are inflexible to the various needs of those businesses which may simultaneously find themselves processing parcels of a product characterised by different shapes.
