บทคัดย่อ

Studies on storage rot in sugar beet.

Descriptions are given of studies conducted in Japan to determine the causal fungi and bacteria of storage rot and the resulting changes in the quality of sugarbeet roots. Also covered are the fungal flora occurring in a large storage pile of sugarbeet roots and the conditions suitable for their proliferation, measures of reducing the storage rot damage (including chemical and biological control) and sugar loss

of stored roots.
