บทคัดย่อ

Hybrid seed production of radish (Raphanus sativus L.).

The production of hybrid radish seeds is discussed. Specific topics consisted of growing conditions for seed production; agronomic practices involved in hybrid seed production; plant protection measures; and postharvest management. Associated problems, specifically male sterility and self-incompatibility, as well as the suggested counter measures, are presented.
