บทคัดย่อ

Coriander and fenugreek production (current status of available technologies, constraints and future thrusts).

This paper briefly discusses the productivity, uses, export, cultivars, production technology (ideal growing conditions), postharvest technology (ideal harvesting and storage conditions) of coriander and fenugreek in India. The production constraints and the future research prospects to improve their quality and meet the domestic and international demand are enumerated.
