บทคัดย่อ

Application of cladding technique in Phyllostachys praecox f. prevernalis in Fuyang.

Out-of-season fresh bamboo shoots of Phyllostachys praecox f. prevernalis could be produced by covering with proper 'cladding' materials. This technique had the advantages of low cost, high benefit and easy operation.
