บทคัดย่อ

Effects of microwave and gamma -irradiation treatment on the rape seed.

 

Rape cv. Lirajet seeds with moisture content of 8% were treated by microwave heating under controlled conditions. Approximately 10 min of treatment was required to decrease phospholipase D (PLD) activity to 10% of its original value and the protein profile of the rape extracts was changed as well. Neither PLD activity nor the protein pattern of the extracts was changed by gamma -radiation.
