บทคัดย่อ

Use of packaging for postharvest conservation of grapes.

Storage tests were conducted to determine the effect of the kind and thickness of plastic film, 'Everfreshbag' and wooden or cardboard boxes on the quality of cv. Italia grapes during cold storage (4 deg C, 94-96% RH). Percentages of cluster weight loss, decayed grapes, and dropped grapes, plus appearance of clusters and stem browning were evaluated once a week. It was found that grapes stored in perforated plastic bags could be stored for up to 6 weeks while maintaining good quality.
