บทคัดย่อ

Studies on the storage of onion (Allium cepa L.) as affected by different levels of phosphorus.

An experiment was carried out to study the effect of P fertilizer (25, 50, 75 or 100 kg/ha) on the postharvest storage life of onion cv. Pusa Red during 1994-95. The highest P rate (100 kg/ha) minimized the weight loss, sprouting and rotting in onions stored for up to 160 days.
