A summary sheet is provided of controlled atmosphere (CA) requirements of 31 fruits, with information on temperature range, % O2, % CO2 and notes on commercial use. This is followed by more detailed information, with selected references, on each of these species. The fruits covered comprise apricots; avocados; bananas; blackberries; blueberries; cherimoyas and atemoyas; sweet cherries; cranberries; durians; figs; grapes; grapefruits; kiwifruits; lemons; limes; Litchi; mangoes; nectarines; olives; oranges; pawpaws; clingstone and freestone peaches; persimmons; pineapples; plums; pomegranates; rambutans; raspberries; strawberries and sweetsops.
