บทคัดย่อ

Change in the protein content of groundnut due to fungal infestation.

Prior to storage, seeds of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) were artificially infested with spores of Aspergillus flavus and Penicillium italicum. After 30 days, seeds exhibited a decreased protein content.
