บทคัดย่อ

Ecological monitoring of causal agents of fusariosis of cereal seed in the north-western Russia.

Comparative investigations of Fusarium parasitising cereal seeds were carried out in Leningrad, Novgorod and Pskov regions, Russia. No strict specialisation of Fusarium was found. However, the incidence of Fusarium spp. was higher on barley than on winter rye and oats. The structure of ecological-trophic groups of Fusarium spp. prevalent in north-west of Russia is defined. Mycotoxin contamination of seed by Fusarium spp. is discussed.
