บทคัดย่อ

The groundnut sector: postharvest technology and product assessment.

The article is concerned with the postharvest processing of groundnuts. The expanding world market cannot be covered completely by the major producers (USA, Argentina, China and Vietnam), which gives African producers an opportunity for growth. There are sections on general standards of production and harvesting, husking and sorting, and quality, disease and pest control. A number of photographs and flow charts show different production processes.
