บทคัดย่อ

Fungicidal activity of some naturally occurring essential oils against Fusarium moniliforme.

The essential oils of Cymbopogon martinii var. motia, Eucalyptus citriodora, Cinnomomum [Cinnamomum] tamala and Mentha piperita (collected from India) were screened for their fungicidal activity against F. moniliforme [Gibberella fujikuroi], a postharvest fungal pathogen of cereal crops. All essential oils were effective in inhibiting fungal growth. The antifungal activity of the 4 oils increased as their concentrations increased.
