Dimethoate as a post harvest treatment.

A postharvest dimethoate dip or spray of mangoes for control of tephritid fruit flies is a quarantine requirement for certain markets. Notes are provided on use of the dip, location of the dip, use of a flood spray and disposal of spent dimethoate.
