บทคัดย่อ

Qualitative and technological aspects of loquats and Feijoia sellowiana.

Results of research on the quality, effects of cold storage and processing of 15 loquat cultivars grown in Metaponto, Caserta and Cagliari and on postharvest sugar metabolism in 2 cultivars of feijoa [Acca sellowiana] grown in Caserta, Potenza, Palermo and Rome are discussed.
