บทคัดย่อ

Development of a walk-in batch type dryer for fruits and vegetables in Taiwan.

 

A walk-in batch type drier has been developed for drying oriental shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) and persimmon. The drier uses a special rotating device to create uniform air flow inside the drying chamber. Design concepts and test results are discussed, together with a performance comparison with other driers.
