Advances in modern fruit storage and fresh technology.

 

New advances in fruit storage and treatment are discussed in detail, including cold storage, controlled atmosphere storage, reduced pressure storage and irradiation. Storage and transport equipment, control instrumentation and packaging materials are also considered.
