บทคัดย่อ

Quality of fruits: engineering research for improving the quality preservation during pre and postharvest operations: a CAMAR project (No 8001-CT91-0206).

 

The activities and objectives of the project are discussed. The main aims include: (1) the application of engineering techniques towards reducing the incidence and susceptibility to damage of fruits during growth, harvesting and handling, (2) obtaining information on the present status of external quality of fruits in European markets, and (3) the design of equipment to determine fruit quality.
