บทคัดย่อ

A phytoncidal property of the surface of potato tubers.

 

Damage caused by postharvest tuber rots was studied on the susceptible cultivars Amerikanka and Sineglazka, resistant cv. Krasnoglazka, intermediately resistant cv. Maika and immune Solanum pinnatisectum using a luminescent microscope ML-3. It is concluded that the surface of resistant potato cultivars has an inhibitory effect on the microorganisms. Yellow fluorescent substances were observed in the skin of resistant cultivars.
