บทคัดย่อ

Outline of a computer program for the study of fruits and vegetables during controlled atmosphere storage.

 

A computer program designed to assist in the study of fruits and vegetables stored under controlled atmospheres is described. Using the program, flow rates, mixtures of gases, sample weight, respiration rate, ethylene production and total volume can be calculated.
