บทคัดย่อ

Analysis of the harvest and postharvest handling of asparagus in the Bajio region.

ABSTRACT :

 

Green asparagus handling in a typical packing plant in the state of Guanajuato is described. The main problems are discussed and solutions presented. It is concluded that these packing plants are a successful business, providing a quality product to the consumer.
