Postharvest storage of avocado cv. Hass.

ABSTRACT :

 

When avocado cv. Hass fruits were stored at 4, 9 or 12 deg C for 14, 21, 28 or 35 days the best overall fruit quality was obtained with 28 days at 9 deg .
