How to obtain and maintain quality.

ABSTRACT :

 

It is stressed that quality (of ornamentals) depends on choosing the right cultivars, optimizing the growing conditions and controlling the postharvest phase to optimize conditions during marketing and transport. Methods to measure quality status at each stage in the chain should be developed.
