บทคัดย่อ

An approach to control the quality of postharvest treatments.

ABSTRACT :

 

A method for monitoring the effects of 2-component postharvest treatments is presented using data from experiments on cut Gypsophila stems treated for various periods with sucrose (5-15%) and silver thiosulfate (0.15-0.375 mM). This method involves the use of a nomogram to project the quality of treated flowers based on internal concentrations of silver and soluble sugars.
