บทคัดย่อ

Nondestructive seed detection in citrus fruits.

ABSTRACT :

 

Because of consumer resistance to citrus fruits with many seeds, 2 methods of identifying these fruits were investigated. Real time radiography using X-rays of pummelo fruits showed the concentration of seeds as a bright grey region. NMR imaging not only detected the seeds but showed their exact location and quantity.
