บทคัดย่อ

Modified and controlled atmosphere storage of tropical fruits.

ABSTRACT

The beneficial effects of modified (MA) and controlled atmospheres (CA) on tropical fruits are briefly described and current recommended CA storage conditions for avocados, bananas, mangoes, pawpaws, pineapples, cherimoyas (Annona cherimola), custard apples (Annona squamosa), durians, litchis and rambutans are tabulated.
