บทคัดย่อ

Infestation, damage and grading of cocoyam.

Pest infestation in the field and mechanical damage during harvesting, handling and transportation of cocoyam corms are discussed. Sorting out infested and mechanically damaged corms before storage or sale improves their storage life and value. Cleaning the corms facilitates sorting and improves quality, storage life and product acceptability.
