บทคัดย่อ

Oilseed processing technology in Pakistan.

A technology system for the processing of sunflower seeds at the village (small scale) level was studied. The system studied combined the use of an imported dehuller and the previously modified oil expeller. Details of the expelling characteristics of the undecorticated and partially decorticated sunflower seeds and their effect on oil yield are discussed.
