Research on mango aimed at increasing orchard productivity and export fruit quality.

Recent research on the effects of high density planting, pruning times and techniques (including canopy maintenance) and KNO3 sprays (to enhance fruit retention) on fruit yields, the effects of harvesting date on general fruit quality and the effects of carbon dioxide shock treatment on postharvest decay is discussed.
