บทคัดย่อ

Induction of resistance of avocado fruit to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides attack by CO2 treatment.

The effects of carbon dioxide treatment of avocado fruits cv. Fuerte on the induction of resistance to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides [Glomerella cingulata] were investigated. The effects on the levels of 1-acetoxy-2-hydroxy-4-oxoheneicosa-12,15-diene, epicatechin and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, and on the development of decay, were monitored.
