บทคัดย่อ

Post-harvest storage and preservation of tropical crops.

The postharvest storage of some tropical crops (including cereals, root crops and groundnuts) and traditional methods of controlling postharvest losses are discussed in view of the effects of the humid tropical climate on the proliferation of microbes. It is suggested that improvements in these traditional postharvest crop handling and storage techniques would minimize or eliminate losses caused by biodeteriorative agents.
