บทคัดย่อ

Training in mould isolation, identification, handling, and evaluation of conditions leading to mycotoxin production.

A training session in the proper methods for isolation, enumeration, handling and disposal of food-borne toxinogenic moulds is described. Characteristics of Aspergillus and Penicillium spp. detected in Thai food and soil are given. Brief guidelines are also given for control of mycological contamination of foods, and prevention and control of aflatoxin in maize and groundnuts in Thailand.
