บทคัดย่อ

Synergism between methods for inhibiting the spoilage of damp maize during storage.

Control of fungi in stored maize by irradiation, modified atmospheres, propionic acid or combinations of these treatments was evaluated. Spoilage was most effectively controlled by a combination of 0.2% propionic acid with 2 kGy irradiation and 40 or 60% CO2.
