บทคัดย่อ

Fusarium solani and F. avenaceum as causal agents of a post-harvest rot of carrots.

Root rot of carrots caused by F. solani and F. avenaceum [Gibberella avenacea] is reported for the first time in Italy. Symptoms were reproduced by wound-inoculation of carrot roots. Symptoms, cultural, morphological and taxonomic characteristics are described.
