บทคัดย่อ

Effect of postharvest chemical treatments on storage rot of some vegetables.

Freshly harvested aubergines, Capsicum annuum and tomatoes were treated with carbendazim, thiourea, boric acid and potassium metabisulfate. All of the chemicals controlled storage decay to varying degrees. The max. number of pathogenic fungi occurred in injured vegetables.
