บทคัดย่อ

The model systems for curing and storage of onion and garlic in Turkey.

Curing and storage systems for onions and garlic grown in regions of Turkey are discussed. These include field curing, curing in plastic greenhouses and curing with heated air, storage at ambient air temp. and cooled storage.
