บทคัดย่อ

Use of ammonia gas in the control of Aspergillus flavus infection and aflatoxin production in sunflower seed.

Sunflower seeds inoculated with Aspergillus flavus  showed reduced seed germination  together with greater production of aflatoxin during storage.  Use of ammonia gas also reduced seed germination but decreased infection of A. flavus with a consequent reduction in aflatoxin production.
