บทคัดย่อ

The author has described about the nature and shellfish molluscinorder to show that how some molluscs get contamination from the environment. Then depuration and its advantage for purification have been shown.After the process, the products will be considered as themselves products that will make benefit both consumers and mollusc farmers.
