ทดลองการเก็บรักษาปลาด้วยน้ำแข็งจำกัดปริมาณที่อุณหภูมิต่างๆในประเทศไทย (The Limited user of ice in tropical fisheries)
The experiment of keeping quality of fish in crushed ice was carried out at constant temperature of 0
oC, 5
oC and 10
oC. Early landing of blue mackerel scad (
Decapterus marusdsi-Fowler) were kept in insulated box with crushed from Banpe, Rayong to Technological Laboratory in Bangkok. The acceptable keeping periods were 13 days at 0
oC, 7.5 days at 5
oC and 3 days at 10
oC on the average basis. This experiment shows that the spoilage pattern of iced fish can follow the relationship between keeping temperature and spoilage rate.
