การประดิษฐ์เครื่องตากแห้งสัตว์น้ำ
An artificial dryer is designed and fabricated in the workshop of the Fish Process Engineering Sub-Division for the purpose of introducing the application of dryer to the fish processors so that they can increase the efficiency and economy of processes of the dried fish products.The dryer is a mechanical dryer suitable for the pilot plant.The capacities are 120 kg to 250 for the production of dried squid and dried Sepat-Siam respectively .The temperature is maintained by electric heaters which are thermostatically controlled.The warm air is blown by a centrifugal fan installed in front of the heaters.The air velocity can be con trolled by the variable speed pulley on the motor.
