บทคัดย่อ

ปรอทในปลาทูนาที่เป็นวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารกระป๋อง Fresh tunas (Euthynus affinis and Thunnus tonggol) bough from Bangkok Fish Market (Wholesale market) and a retail market together with canned tunas from two export companies were analyzed using Mercury Analyzer MAS. 50. The result showed that the fresh samples contained mercury in range 0.017-0.12 ppm. Which were under Thai Food and Drug Administration limitation (0.5 PPM.). For canned tunas, the contents of mercury were found from nil to 0.182 which were still acceptable levels.
