บทคัดย่อ
Sea mussels (Mytilus smaragdinus) can live in the moist bag for one day. It will be dead on the second day and maximum dying rate is on the third day. This experiment shows that dying rate of sea mussel during handling or keeping can decrease by decreasing of keeping temperature.
