บทคัดย่อ
Artificial dryer for drying of shrimp was used in various localities. It was modified practically from the imported model, and the price was not so expensive for small scale production. on the other hand, squid drying by the processors lacked the knowledge of artificial drying and expense for installation of the dryer. The existing dryers were poor in efficiency, some of them were practical and expensive. Rain was the main problem for squid drying. In order to solve such problem, it should be designed an effective artificial dryer to contribute to the processors.
